15 years in and stepping into our next chapter

The PR landscape continues to evolve at pace, and so do we.

This quarter has been all about us reaffirming who we are as an agency. What we stand for, how we work, and the impact we want to have in the industry and beyond.

Our focus remains simple: delivering PR and communications that connect culturally, build meaningful relationships, and drive real-world impact.

A natural evolution

With Aspire entering its 15th year, we’ve takenthe opportunity to refresh our brand and fine tune how we show up within the active lifestyle space.

Less a reinvention, more a reset.

We’ve doubled down on what we do best - delivering impactful PR - while evolving our offer to meet the demands of amore connected, fast-moving landscape.

The process has given us a chance to reflect on the partnerships we’ve built and get a clearer idea of where we want to push things next.

People at its heart

Aspire has always been shaped by its people, past and present, and this quarter has seen some progressive developments on that front:

- Monica stepping fully into her role as Director, leading delivery and the team day-to-day

- Marika returning to the agency as Senior Account Director

- Amy joining as Account Executive, bringing fresh energy to the team

- Lory evolving into a dedicated cultural insights and strategy

Along with Sam and Lotty, we now have real strength across both strategic thinking and delivery, something we’ll continue to build as the agency grows.

Building partnerships

This quarter we’ve welcomed new clients Mizuno, Royal Parks Half and ISPO into the fold - brands and organisations we’re incredibly excited to work alongside.

Meanwhile, our existing partnerships with clients including Suunto, OOFOS, The Ramblers, Threshold Sports and motive8continue to flourish.

Our approach is very deliberate: fewer but stronger partnerships, built on collaboration, trust and positive results. Because growth only matters if you have the quality of work to back it up.

Community and connection

Beyond client work, we’re continuing to invest our time, energy and expertise in the wider community around Aspire

- The Active Communities Counsel (ACC) launched at the National Running Show - enabling us to listen to, and learn from, the lived experiences of people shaping movement at grass-roots level.
- Our Global Active Network (GAN) is up and running, bringing together agencies across markets to share insights, knowledge and opportunities.

It’s still early days, but both initiatives are already building momentum and they exemplify something we care deeply about: creating spaces where people, ideas and the industry can move forward together.

Looking ahead

We’re proud of where we are, but also seriously excited about where we’re heading.

As an agency, we’re more focused, more intentional, and more passionate than ever about the industries and communities that make the active lifestyle space so special. And we can’t wait to see what the next 15 years has in store.
